Pain à la banane

Le pain à la banane, traduit de l’anglais Banana Bread, est une recette nutritive extra simple (toujours dans la simplicité !) à base de bananes mûres. Un gâteau riche en bons éléments pour le corps, gourmand en même temps, et en plus : végan et diététique !

Cette recette est pour toutes les bananes oubliées dans les corbeilles à fruits qui sont trop souvent jetées à la poubelle, car on ne sait jamais trop quoi faire avec quand elle deviennent trop mûres.
Eh bien, sachez que pour cette recette, on a besoin de bananes mûres !

Préparation : 15min
Cuisson : 45min

Ingrédients (6 parts)

  • 3 ou 4 bananes mûres (en garder 1 pour le topping)
  • 150g de farines
  • 100g de compote (ou 2 œufs)
  • 50g de flocon d’avoines ou de poudre d’amende / de noisette
  • 50g de sirop d’érable, de miel ou de sirop d’agave
  • 50g d’huile de coco
  • 10cl de lait végétal
  • 1/2 sachet de levure chimique
  • 1 pincée de sel
  • 1 sachet de sucre vanillé
  • 1 cuillère à café de cannelle (facultatif)
  • de pépites de chocolat noirs, de la coco râpée… (facultatif, selon le goût de chacun)

C’est une recette que j’ai trouvé sur internet mais que j’ai adaptée à ma façon ! J’ai le reflexe par exemple de bannir le beurre et le sucre blanc pour les remplacer par des ingrédients plus sains, plus naturels et moins caloriques. Je remplace en l’occurrence le beurre par l’huile de coco, et le sucre par du sirop d’érable.

En plus, ça rajoute du goût au pain à la banane !

Recette du pain à la banane :

  1. Préchauffez le four à 180° (200° si c’est un four électrique).
  2. Mixez les 2 ou 3 bananes pour obtenir une purée bien lisse. Réservez la dernière banane.
  3. Mélangez la compote (ou battez les 2 œufs) avec le sucre vanillé, le sirop d’érable (ou autre) et la cannelle.
  4. Ajoutez l’huile de coco fondue, la purée de banane et le lait végétal. Mélangez bien.
  5. Ajoutez la farine, la levure, le sel, les flocons d’avoines (ou poudre d’amendes), les pépites de chocolat et la coco râpée. Mélangez bien.
  6. Versez la préparation dans un moule huilé (à l’huile de coco par exemple). Déposez dessus la banane restante, coupée en deux dans la longueur.
  7. Vous pouvez saupoudrez de cassonade pour donner un effet croquant.

On met au four et on laisse cuire 40 à 45 min !
